Submit your request
Fill in the form with your product requirements, destination country, and any OEM specifications. We confirm availability and sample fee within 24 hours.

Fee confirmation & payment
We send a proforma invoice for the sample fee via email. Payment accepted via T/T bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union. Sample fee is fully deductible from your first bulk order.

Preparation & dispatch
Samples are prepared from production batches with full QC documentation. Dispatched via DHL / FedEx within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Evaluation & bulk order
Review samples against your specifications. Our sales team follows up within 7 days to discuss bulk order pricing, MOQ, lead times, and OEM customization options.

OEM / Custom Label Samples Available If you need samples with your own brand name, Arabic-English bilingual packaging, or custom dimensions, let us know in the request form. OEM sample preparation requires an additional 5–7 business days. Minimum OEM bulk order quantities apply — our team will confirm during follow-up.
