At a company-wide meeting in March 2026, General Manager Daniel Wang outlined three significant operational changes taking effect across Kingphar's production, sales, and customer service functions. These updates reflect the company's ongoing commitment to being a supplier that international buyers can depend on — not just for product quality, but for delivery reliability and responsive service.
This announcement summarizes the key changes and what they mean for our customers.
One of the most consistent concerns we hear from international buyers is delivery uncertainty — not knowing whether a quoted lead time will be honored, and having limited recourse when it isn't. Effective immediately, Kingphar is implementing a formal delivery commitment framework across all orders.
Once our production team confirms a delivery track for an order, the lead time may only be revised once. After that single revision, the delivery date is locked. Our internal target is to achieve a delivery accuracy rate of 85% or above — meaning that 85% of confirmed ship dates are met on time.
If, following order acceptance, internal assessment determines that the confirmed delivery date cannot be met due to production capacity constraints, Kingphar will proactively engage a qualified partner manufacturer to fulfill the order on schedule. Our customers' delivery commitments are not negotiated away — they are honored through whatever means necessary.
This policy represents a significant internal commitment — it requires our production planning, procurement, and logistics teams to operate with a new level of accountability. We are making this commitment publicly because we believe our customers deserve to hold us to it.
Kingphar has established a new internal Sales Service Department. This team exists for one purpose: to ensure that every internal department within Kingphar — production, QC, logistics, documentation, and finance — is organized around supporting our sales team, so that our sales team can focus entirely on supporting our customers.
This reflects a principle that General Manager Daniel Wang has formalized as a company operating guideline: every department inside Kingphar serves the sales team, and the sales team serves the customer. The Sales Service Department is the structural expression of that principle.
For distributors and procurement organizations with annual purchasing volumes that reflect a deep, long-term partnership with Kingphar, we are launching a formal Key Account Program. This program provides a structured set of prioritized services designed to reflect the significance of these relationships.
If you believe your organization qualifies for the Key Account Program, or would like to discuss how to structure a purchasing relationship that meets the threshold, please contact us directly. We will review your account history and current procurement volumes to determine eligibility.
These three updates are effective immediately across all new orders placed from March 2026 onwards. Existing orders in production are managed under the terms agreed at time of placement. For any questions about how these changes apply to your account, please contact your Kingphar sales representative or reach out through our contact page.
Contact your dedicated sales representative or reach our team directly. If you are a new buyer, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your procurement requirements.
