Requirements confirmation
Submit your OEM inquiry with product category, target market, required certifications, label language, and estimated annual volume. Our OEM team responds within 24 hours with a feasibility confirmation and preliminary pricing indication.
Weeks 1–2 · Specification
Product specification & artwork
We provide a product specification sheet and packaging artwork template. You supply your logo, brand colors, and any mandatory labeling content. Our design team prepares print-ready artwork for your approval. Arabic IFU translation handled by Kingphar at no additional charge.
Weeks 2–4 · Sampling
OEM sample production & dispatch
Once artwork is approved, we produce physical OEM samples from the production line. Samples are dispatched via DHL / FedEx with Certificate of Analysis and certification copies. Sample fee applies and is deductible from your first bulk order.
Weeks 4–5 · Approval
Sample review & order confirmation
Review physical samples against your specifications. One round of free revisions is included. Once samples are approved, we issue a formal purchase order for your confirmation and 30% deposit invoice.
Weeks 5–10 · Production
Mass production & QC
Full production run under ISO 13485 quality management. Pre-shipment inspection available via SGS, BV, or your nominated third-party inspector. Sterile products include sterilization validation records with each batch.
Weeks 10–12 · Shipment
Export documentation & dispatch
Full export documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE certificate copies, CoA. Shipped FOB from Shanghai, Ningbo, or Qingdao. We coordinate with your freight forwarder or arrange on your behalf.

MOQ varies by product. Medical gauze swabs: from 5,000 pieces per SKU for custom label. First aid kits: from 500 units. Medical bandages: from 3,000 pieces. Non-woven products: from 5,000 pieces. For mixed orders combining multiple SKUs, blended MOQ applies — contact our team for a product-specific confirmation based on your order profile.
Yes. Arabic-English bilingual packaging is one of our most frequently requested OEM configurations. We handle Arabic translation of product names, Instructions for Use (IFU), and all mandatory labeling elements. Artwork approval typically takes 10–15 business days. For GCC hospital procurement, we can also prepare MOHAP and SFDA-compliant labeling documentation as part of the OEM package.
For a new OEM product: 8–12 weeks total from first contact to shipment. This includes specification confirmation (1 week), artwork approval (1–2 weeks), OEM sample production and dispatch (2–3 weeks), sample approval (1 week), and mass production (3–5 weeks depending on product and volume). Repeat orders ship in 3–5 weeks once artwork and specs are confirmed on file.
All Kingphar OEM products are manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 quality management. CE marking under EU MDR 2017/745 is available for European market distribution. FDA compliance documentation is available for US-market products. ISO 14971 risk management and ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing reports are available on request. Certificates are issued in Kingphar's name; if you require your own brand registration, we supply the full Technical File for your registration authority submission.
Yes. OEM samples with your brand artwork are available before bulk order commitment. A sample fee applies to cover production, QC documentation, and express international shipping.
