Selection Protocol

AAMI PB70
Liquid Barrier Standards

For critical surgical environments, the choice of protective apparel is governed by the potential for fluid exposure. Our selection guide aligns clinical risks with the Industry-standard classification to ensure maximum safety.

Minimal Risk Maximum Protection
AAMI LEVEL 1

Standard Care

Ideal for basic isolation and minor procedures with minimal fluid contact.

Impact Penetration ≤ 4.5g
AAMI LEVEL 2

Low Risk

Recommended for suturing, fluid-restricted surgery, and ICU tasks.

Hydrostatic Press. ≥ 20cm
AAMI LEVEL 3

Moderate Risk

Designed for ER tasks, arterial blood drawing, and moderate fluid exposure.

Hydrostatic Press. ≥ 50cm
AAMI LEVEL 4

High Risk

Highest protection for fluid-intensive surgeries (Cardiac, Orthopedic).

Viral/Blood Resistance
Material Science

Trilayer SMS Construction

Our surgical gowns integrate advanced SMS (Spunbond + Meltblown) technology, balancing absolute fluid protection with high air permeability.

Fluid Repellency

Engineered hydrophobic surface that prevents blood, alcohol, and saline penetration.

Bio-Filtration

Meltblown micro-fibers provide a >99% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE).

Mechanical Strength

Reinforced spunbond layers offer high tensile strength to resist tearing during surgery.

OUTER SPUNBOND (Fluid Shield)
MELTBLOWN CORE (Viral Barrier)
INNER SPUNBOND (Soft Touch)
Aseptic Protocol

Clinical SOP:
Advanced Gowning & Draping

Maintaining a sterile field is an engineering necessity in the operating room. Our protocol ensures Zero-Contamination from opening the package to post-operative disposal.

01

Aseptic Opening

Verify package integrity. Peel the sterile pouch using the "butterfly" technique without touching the inner contents.

Maintain 12-inch safety distance.
02

Primary Gowning

Grasp the gown from the inside surface. Allow it to unfold vertically while keeping hands above waist level.

Avoid contact with non-sterile surfaces.
03

Sterile Field Draping

Unfold the surgical drape toward the feet, then toward the head. Ensure the fenestration is precisely positioned.

Secure with micro-adhesion tabs.
STERILE FIELD VISUALIZATION
Defining the Sterile Field

The sterile area on a gown is limited to the front, from the chest level to the level of the sterile field.

  • Sleeves: Sterile from 2 inches above the elbow to the cuff.
  • Back: Always considered non-sterile (Except for wrap-around gowns).
  • Table: Only the top surface is considered sterile.

Validated QC Systems:
EO Sterilization & Validation

01. Pre-Conditioning

Stabilization of temperature and humidity within the ISO-certified chamber to ensure optimal EO gas penetration.

02. EO Gas Exposure

Validated Ethylene Oxide (EO) cycle according to ISO 11135, neutralizing 99.9999% of microbial life.

03. Forced Aeration

Automated removal of residual EO gas to levels significantly below international safety limits (ISO 10993-7).

04. Biological Validation

Verification using Bacillus atrophaeus indicators to confirm SAL 10⁻⁶ sterility achievement.

ISO 8
Cleanroom Standard

Manufactured in ISO Class 8 (100,000 grade) positive-pressure cleanrooms with hourly air filtration.

Bio
Bio-Burden Control

Continuous microbial monitoring of raw materials and ambient air to ensure ultra-low initial Bio-burden.

Peel
Seal Integrity

Peel-strength testing of Tyvek pouches to ensure a 5-year sterile barrier under varied storage conditions.
