Neutral Positioning & Anchoring

Apply the first 1.5 turns with zero tension. This "Anchor Phase" stabilizes the entire dressing using micro-adhesion.

The 50% Overlap Spiral

Use a spiral wrap with a 50% overlap. This effectively doubles the layers, providing calculated therapeutic compression.
