Every specification element in a dental bib serves a clinical or patient-experience function — from the embossing pattern to the PE film weight and paper tie construction.
Wood Pulp Tissue Layers
16–18 g/m² wood pulp paper per tissue layer. Absorbs saliva, water, and material splatter. OBA-free (no fluorescent whitening agents). Horizontal embossing adds strength and improves absorbency rate.
PE Waterproof Film Back
12–14 g/m² polyethylene film prevents fluid strike-through to patient clothing. Heat-sealed to tissue layers — no adhesive bonding that could separate when wet. Dry-back design throughout the appointment.
Horizontal Embossing
Textured surface pattern increases the effective surface area of tissue layers, improves absorbency speed, and adds structural integrity. Reinforced edges prevent fraying and tearing during procedures.
Paper Tie Fastening
Integrated paper tie strap — loops around neck and ties securely. Fully disposable with the bib after each patient. Standard globally. Clip-on compatible format available on request.
10+ Color Options
White, blue, green, yellow, pink, purple, lavender, orange, dark blue, black — and custom brand colors for OEM orders. Color coding for procedures, paediatric engagement, and clinic branding.
