PP Spunbond / SMS Material
20–30 GSM polypropylene spunbond for standard use; SMS three-layer for enhanced barrier performance in high-risk OR environments. Breathable for extended wear.
Ultrasonic Seam Option
Ultrasonic heat-bonded seams eliminate stitching holes for cleanroom and high-specification OR use. Smooth seam line — no particle penetration risk at seam points.
Full Hair Coverage
Bouffant dome covers all hair lengths including buns and braids. Tie-back snug design stays in position through head movement during procedures. Both designs fully contain hair.
Latex-Free
No natural rubber latex in elastic or fabric. Safe for latex-sensitive staff and patients. Standard medical formulary compliance requirement met.
