Operating Room Towel — 100% Cotton, VAT Dyed
Plain-weave 100% cotton surgical towels for draping, instrument cleaning, hand drying, and back table management. Standard 17"×26" in ceil blue, jade green, and white. Sterile CSR-wrapped and non-sterile bulk available. Reusable and disposable formats. CE / FDA / SFDA documented.
Standard OR towels do not contain X-ray detectable threads and must not be placed inside body cavities during surgery. For intraoperative cavity use, specify laparotomy sponges or X-ray detectable gauze swabs. Always clarify this distinction in tender specifications.

100% Cotton Plain Weave
Premium cotton at 40 g/m², highly absorbent and soft to the touch. Stitched hemmed edges on all four sides prevent fraying and lint shedding throughout the procedure.
Pre-Washed & Delinted
All surgical-grade OR towels are pre-washed before packaging to remove manufacturing residues. Delinting process ensures minimal particulate shedding in the sterile OR environment.
VAT Dyed — Colour Safe
VAT dyeing penetrates the cotton fiber rather than coating the surface. Colour will not bleed onto the surgical field, patient skin, or instruments under any clinical conditions.
Reusable Format
Industrial laundry safe up to 350°F (177°C). Engineered for repeated sterilization cycles. Preferred format for high-volume central sterile departments with validated reprocessing systems.
Sterile Disposable Option
Pre-washed, sterile single-use format in CSR wrap or peel-pouch. Guaranteed sterility, consistent linting performance, no reprocessing cost — preferred for infection-sensitive environments.
Latex-Free
No natural rubber latex in any component. Safe for latex-sensitive patients and staff — a standard requirement for hospital formulary approval in most markets.
